President and CEO
Matriarch of the firm and its President and CEO since 1982, Sallie is responsible for all administrative and corporate decisions. She oversees insurance, bonding, banking, and accounting as well as staffing and client development.
Principal
Damian Lavelle has been a principal with the firm since 1999. Damian’s key roles with the firm involve oversight of all aspects of operations, accounting internal controls and legal matters. Damian’s key concentration is working with management staff on daily activites such as: estimating, project management, increasing market share, developing new service lines and entering new geographic markets.

Treasurer
Krista grew up down the shore where she attended 12 years of Catholic School. She went on to receive her Bachelors Degree in Arts and Sciences from Trenton State College. She is currently involved in the day to day building and developing of the Delta/BJDS brand with the hopes of expanding up and down the east coast.
Principal
Jimmy Lavelle is a Principal in the office of Delta/BJDS. He has extensive experience in estimating, project management, and contract negotiations. His focus has been with the Mechanical and Plumbing Insulation, Demolition, and Asbestos abatement in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Vice President
Robin Lavelle has been with the company since 2000. Prior to Delta/B.J.D.S. Inc., she taught 6th grade at Ridley Middle School for 13 years and was also in the retail industry as a buyer and manager. She grew up in the Springfield, Delaware County area. She attended the University of Delaware and West Chester University and has an Associates Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in Education. She has 3 girls and is really involved in volunteering at their schools as well as chairing several local charity events. She is currently involved in inventory, sales and development in the company.
General Manager
Michael joined Delta/BJDS Inc. as an Estimator/Project Manager in 2013. After a brief stint in the e-commerce industry, Michael decided to pursue his passion in the construction industry. He grew up in Philadelphia, learning about various aspects of the industry from his father, so this was a natural transition in his career. Michael earned his Master’s Degree in Construction/Project Management from Drexel University’s College of Engineering in June 2015. He has excelled in his work with Delta and enjoys all of the challenges and rewards that come with an industry that is growing and changing every day. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and loves the outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing.
Controller
Donna Bonilla joined Delta/BJDS as a Controller in October 2019. She received her undergraduate degree in Accounting and Real Estate from Temple University, graduating magna cum laude. Donna went on to received her Master’s Degree in Accounting from LaSalle University. She comes to Delta with over 20 years of Accounting and Finance experience. Donna resides in Bucks County with her husband and 2 children. In her spare time she enjoys attending her children’s sporting events.
Director of Business Development
Fran Scull joined Delta/BJDS Inc. as an Estimator/Project Manager in 2012. Prior, Fran worked for 6 years as a Project Manager for Hunter Roberts Construction Group. He has 13 years of Construction Experience. In 2014, Fran was elevated to title of Director of Business Development for Delta. It is at this position he has aided with the growth of the Delta BJDS customer base and business. Fran has lived and is raising two daughters in the Philadelphia area. He attended the local High School St. Joe’s Prep, and graduated from the University of Scranton. In Fran’s spare time he spends time with his family and tries to get out to golf as much as he can.
Estimator/Project Manager
Kevin joined Delta/BJDS at the start of 2018 in order to manage the carpentry division of the company. His key roles include estimating, staffing and supervising all carpentry projects. Kevin attended St. Joseph’s Prep High School as well as Holy Family University. After college he entered the Philadelphia Carpenter’s Union where he holds 18 years experience. Of those 18 years, the last 4 were spent in the office as an estimator/project manager for a union general contractor in Philadelphia.
Kevin is married with 3 children, 2 boys and a girl. He enjoys coaching their sports teams throughout the year and spending weekends down the shore during the summer.

T.J. has been with the firm in multiple capacities since 2011. T.J.’s focus is on estimating and project management in an effort to grow the company brand throughout New Jersey. With a background in both accounting and real estate, it was a natural transition into managing large commercial construction projects. T.J. grew up in Philadelphia and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from La Salle University in 2001 as an accounting major.
